A nurse call that knows when help has arrived
Developed for round-the-clock care homes, Iiwari Care tells the nurse out loud where help is needed. When the nurse enters the resident's room, the call is acknowledged automatically. There is no need to touch the phone, and management gets data on the direct care delivered.

How Iiwari Care works
A resident asks for help
The resident presses the call button. Iiwari Care routes the request to the right nurses.
The nurse hears where help is needed
The phone announces the location of the resident call out loud. The nurse does not need to take the phone out of their pocket, unlock it or look for the right acknowledgement button in the app.
The call clears when the nurse arrives
After hearing the voice message, the nurse can go straight to the resident. When they enter the room with their safety button, the call is acknowledged automatically.

STAFF SAFETY
The nurse's own safety alarm
With their own safety button, a nurse can request non-urgent or urgent extra help. The request reaches the right colleagues and tells them where help is needed. No separate phone call, no searching for help.
The same safety button carried along also enables presence-based acknowledgement and direct care measurement.
