SOLUTIONS · NURSE SAFETY SYSTEM

A dedicated nurse call and alarm system for care homes

An alarm tells you help is needed. Positioning tells you where.

Boost staff safety with backup calls, emergency alarms and real-time positioning. Alarms are routed to the right nurses, who instantly see where help is needed.

Part of the same whole: a location-aware nurse call, a real-time situational picture, automation and care work data.

Built for staff safety

Peace of mind for lone working and challenging situations

A wearable alarm button lets nurses call for help even when using a phone isn't an option.

Help can be requested discreetly, keeping hands free for care work.

Alarm types

Two alarm types for different situations

1tap

Backup call

If a situation calls for a second staff member, a nurse can request backup with a single tap.

The backup call is sent to designated nurses, so help arrives quickly without phone calls or searching.

2taps

Emergency alarm

In an urgent or threatening situation, a nurse can trigger an emergency alarm with two taps.

The emergency alarm is sent immediately to designated nurses and, if needed, staff on other wards.

Designated staff receive the notification instantly.

  3. 3

    Help finds its way quickly

Positioning helps colleagues find the person who needs help fast, even in urgent situations.

What sets us apart

What makes Iiwari's personal safety system different?

Positioning speeds up help

Every alarm shows exactly where help is needed, so staff never have to search for the right room or person.

Alarms reach the right nurses

Backup calls and emergency alarms are routed to predefined recipients, and to other wards when needed.

One clear picture of the situation

Nurse alarms appear in the same view as resident calls, exit alerts and other important events.

From the staff's perspective

Benefits for staff

Situational overview in the app

Support the moment a second pair of hands is needed

Not every situation is an emergency. Moving a resident, calming a distressed situation or another demanding care task can quickly require a second staff member. A backup call brings help without phone calls, shouting or searching for a colleague.

Fast help in emergencies

If a situation turns threatening or needs immediate help, the emergency alarm reaches designated staff at once. Positioning lets responders see exactly where help is needed, so they can get there as fast as possible.

A safer, calmer working day

Knowing that help is always close at hand reduces the feeling of being left alone. That builds a stronger sense of safety, supports wellbeing at work and gives staff confidence to face even demanding care situations.

In practice

In our customers' words

What our customers say

"This is the best nurse call system I have ever used. I've been in this field for over 30 years. We can see where residents and colleagues are, and nurses can easily call for help whenever they need it. I recommend this system to everyone – it's a great system!"
